Our Amazing Sales!
on December 1st, we had the Brookwood Farmers’ Market that we all have been so excited for since the beginning of the semester. With lots of preparation to throw our best market yet, we were all very pleased with how our aesthetic and proficiency was, but most importantly our sales! At the end of the day our financial total was 1,600$! However we did have a local beekeeper selling his honey which earned 300$, so we have 1,300$ raised completely 100% by the students! This is so exciting for all of us because this money will help us better our system and help grown more food to feed more people! This market profit is helping us accomplish our goal of feeding more people and continuing to use sustainable farming to promote a clean environment. We are all so proud of our hard work to earn such a great profit! below are some pictures of my group’s stand, we’re especially proud of selling out within two hours!
